Following the resounding success of its inaugural Matrimony Gala at Otter's Club in October 2025, the Khudabadi Amil Panchayat of Bombay (KAP) returned with an even bigger and more dynamic second edition on 11th April 2026 at the iconic Bombay Presidency Radio Club, Colaba. Exactly six months later, the initiative not only lived up to expectations but surpassed them, emerging as one of the community's most anticipated and appreciated events.

What made this edition particularly special was the growing demand from within the community. Amils and Sindhis from across Mumbai and beyond reached out to the Panchayat, expressing how refreshing and relevant this format felt in today's times. Moving beyond conventional matrimony methods, the gala created a space where individuals could meet, interact, and connect in a natural and comfortable environment, reflecting the more organic and conversational way in which relationships are formed today.

Extensive outreach across WhatsApp networks, community gatherings, and on-ground engagement helped build momentum for the gala. At the close of the event, each attendee received a personalised mug and the Matrimonial Profile Handbook, serving both as keepsakes and as a continuation of the connections formed during the evening.

The Matrimony Gala stands as a shining example of how the Khudabadi Amil Panchayat of Bombay continues to evolve with the times while remaining rooted in community values. What started as an experiment in reimagining community matchmaking has evolved into a meaningful platform that brings people together with dignity, openness, and hope.
